      Driver Issue: Some customers found that this CH341SER driver works better when the analyzer has difficulty connecting. Normally, the driver will be installed automatically when a computer connects to the device.

      Permission Issue: If the software is installed with administrator privileges, it can run normally directly. If installed without such privileges, please launch the software in administrator mode.

      Compatibility: Windows 7 or above is required. The underlying development library used is .NET Framework 4.5.2. Please ensure the computer has .NET Framework 4.0 or higher installed. Most systems support it; only extremely outdated systems need a manual installation.
