After purchasing this service, simply ship your unit to us at your expense, and our technical experts will handle the rest. We will replace your degraded sensor. Following installation, we perform a precise calibration using NIST-traceable reference gas, guaranteeing your device adheres to national standards. We will then send it back with a signed and dated certificate. Your instrument is serviced and shipped 72 hours after we receive it - and return shipping costs are fully included.
