Details: Our hydrogen bromide gas detector provides reliable, continuous monitoring for this highly corrosive and dangerous gas in industrial environments. Featuring rapid response time and high sensitivity, this detector helps maintain workplace safety and regulatory compliance with OSHA's Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 3 ppm (10 mg/m³) and NIOSH's Recommended Exposure Limit (REL) of 3 ppm (10 mg/m³). The device includes adjustable alarm thresholds and visual and audible warnings to protect personnel from harmful HBr concentrations before they reach the NIOSH Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health (IDLH) level of 30 ppm.
Designed for semiconductor manufacturing, chemical processing, pharmaceutical production, research laboratories, electronics manufacturing, and industrial cleaning operations, our detector ensures workplace safety wherever HBr is used or stored. The durable construction withstands harsh environments while providing the early warning needed to prevent dangerous exposure events that can cause severe respiratory irritation, pulmonary edema, and chemical burns. Easy calibration and maintenance ensure continuous protection and compliance with safety standards for your facility and workforce.
Included: Hydrogen bromide gas detector, belt clip, sling, user manual, USB charging cable, calibration cover, and signed calibration certificate.
