This headspace kit is the essential companion to our FD-600 series of headspace analyzers — available for O2, CO2, and combined O2/CO2 measurement.
Each kit contains everything you need for reliable, repeatable headspace testing right out of the box. You'll receive 5x needle probes, each including a 20G needle, a PTFE disk filter, Luer lock fittings, and 8 inches of silicone tubing, along with 300 septa.
These are designed as disposable consumables — and for good reason. One of the most common issues we see is customers pushing worn, blocked needles and clogged filters well past their useful life, leading to slow sampling, inconsistent readings, and frustrating workflow interruptions. Replacing your needles and PTFE filters regularly is the single easiest way to keep your headspace testing running smoothly and your results accurate.
