Description

These are high-quality quality low-level O3 sensors used as the pin-to-pin replacement of the standard 4-series electrochemical sensors. It is used throughout many gas detector brands and is an excellent O3 gas sensor replacement element.

Our O3 sensor employs an advanced electrolytic mechanism where ozone undergoes precise electrochemical oxidation across specialized electrodes. By maintaining a controlled potential between working and reference electrodes, this sophisticated sensor enables accurate measurement of ozone levels. The generated electrical current provides a quantitative assessment of O3 concentration in various environmental and industrial monitoring applications.

Ozone detection technologies play a critical role across diverse medical and environmental domains. From medical disinfection facilities and municipal infrastructure to atmospheric research, O3 detectors provide comprehensive gas concentration insights. These advanced sensing systems enable precise measurement, early warning mechanisms, and critical monitoring, supporting public health, environmental protection, and safety in multiple application sectors.

Instructions

  • Once replaced and installed in your gas detector or analyzer, please let it sit for 24 hours so the sensor can stabilize to your environment. This step is very important.
  • Then undertake the appropriate zero and calibration for your specific gas detector. See your gas detector manufacturer's specific instructions.
  • Once calibrated, your gas analyzer will be ready for use.
