Description
These are high-quality nantechnology-based VOC sensors made in Germany and used as the pin-to-pin replacement of the standard 4-series electrochemical sensors. It is used throughout many gas detector brands and is an excellent VOC gas sensor replacement element.
Our VOC sensor employs an advanced electrolytic mechanism where VOC and oxygen interact through precise redox reactions on specialized electrodes. By generating an electrical current directly proportional to the gas concentration, this sophisticated sensor enables accurate measurement of methanol levels. The current's magnitude provides a quantitative assessment of the VOCs presence in various industrial and environmental monitoring applications.
VOC detection technologies play a critical role across diverse indoor air pollution applications.
Instructions
- Once replaced and installed in your gas detector or analyzer, please let it sit for 24 hours so the sensor can stabilize to your environment. This step is very important.
- Then undertake the appropriate zero and calibration for your specific gas detector. See your gas detector manufacturer's specific instructions.
- Once calibrated, your gas analyzer will be ready for use.
